One of my favorite summer recipes is made with fresh garden herbs, easy to throw together, and full of flavor! Great for a BBQ or to have as an entree with crunchy bread on the side. You can even add grilled chicken breast for extra protein.

I throw in a jar of roasted red peppers, 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, and a yellow onion in the sauté pan until everything’s translucent. Then, add the fresh garlic until fragrant. It’s one of those one pan dishes that’s so easy to toss together and tastes incredible.
