After submitting our design questionnaire we'll send you an investment guide to get to know our process. Then, we schedule a Discovery Call, virtual consultation to discuss your project goals, go over inspiration/ideas, budget, and questions.
Next, we take an initial site visit for planning, measurements, specs, and review design inspiration/ideas. After, you'll receive a custom Project Proposal outlining all the details. Including contract + design investment schedule. Then, we begin creating your tailored design top to bottom!
We begin with inspiration and color palette, creating initial concepts, source materials, finishes, select paint, etc. Put it all together in an electronic presentation for you to review. We then discuss design direction before crafting the full designs.
Afterwards, we finalize any design build out, all materiality and selections like hardware, lighting, etc. and craft detailed designs, layouts, and renderings. Then, deliver a project presentation showcasing all your beautiful selections mapped out by space. You get to feel and hold samples in person up close with your designs to get an in-depth look at how your home will come together!
We monitor project progress and remain in contact through email + design meetings. For our full-service new construction/renovation projects we order and secure all furniture, decor, and pieces needed for the spaces designed. We handle all communication and deliveries, keeping you updated throughout.
Finally, construction is wrapped. Your project's complete with the final install. We schedule furniture delivery + install, finishing it off with the perfect styling of decor and all the little details that make the space Pinterest worthy. Big reveal + cheers to your beautiful new home! Post-project wrap-up includes goodbye packet with furniture care details + so much more.
